First time renter... Totally exceeded my expectations in every way.
Less than one star these people are awful. Claiming I damaged a car that I didn't. I rented from them after reading the reviews and now here they go! Be warned do not rent from these con artist!!!
My experience at the Sixt Rent A Car on July 31, 2025, at the Philadelphia Airport, was hands down one of the best experiences because of the night manager, Reese, and Agent Tacuma. I reserved a car through a third-party app, but after a flight delay and flying for 10 hours, the car I reserved was no longer available. The manager, Reese, and Tacuma went above and beyond to make me and my family comfortable and got us into a better vehicle than we expected at a reasonable rate.
