The company sold me high end spark plugs for my car that were advertised to fit my vehicle. 3 months later upon my return from abroad I tried to replace them and not only are they not for my vehicle, but they do not even fit the thread. Customer service declined to refund, or provide store credit due to the order being over 30 days. It is infuriating that when someone sells you a part and promises to fit your vehicle, only to wait over 30 days to deny refund when it is them in the first place that false advertised it.
