Garbage company. I ordered 2 axles for my RZR and 10 days later I'm still waiting for them. Already requested a return and they have sent me a label to return. Don't waste your time with this company. Communication is horrible. I can only imagine the product will be horrible as well, if it ever arrives. Hahaha. Sending it back anyway. Update: 15 days and still nothing, including any communication from Sixity! Don’t waste your time.
Never bought anything from the physical location, but ive bought alot of stuff from there Amazon store and im always happy with it.
Don’t even bother wasting your time and money ordering from them. They use Amazon to deliver and neither company “can track” your order. They both just blame each other for why your package won’t get delivered and neither one will let you add something so simple as a door code to get into an apartment building at any step of the process. If you live in apartments good luck
Ordered camshaft position sensor’s recommend by customer reviews 4 for $206 shipped carefully installed no car is running terrible vqhr, I thought I was doing preventative maintenance at 100k. Do not buy out the cash and the time. Horrible.
The company sold me high end spark plugs for my car that were advertised to fit my vehicle. 3 months later upon my return from abroad I tried to replace them and not only are they not for my vehicle, but they do not even fit the thread. Customer service declined to refund, or provide store credit due to the order being over 30 days. It is infuriating that when someone sells you a part and promises to fit your vehicle, only to wait over 30 days to deny refund when it is them in the first place that false advertised it.
