4 years ago when my wife left me and took my son I began going to Matt for counseling. I'm not sure I'd be where I'm at mentally had I not made the decision to invest that time in myself. He helped me in so many more facets of my life than my ending relationship. If you need counseling, don't be stubborn. Go get help, you're not alone.
