Absolute worst experience living here. They are predatory, disorganized, and generally not good. I almost caught monkeypox while living at this facility due to their rodent infestation. Staff here bribe residents with gift cards to write 5-star reviews...
This place smell like a really bad. They need to hire more staff. Building smells putrid many times during a week due to staff not clearing out the trash rooms or clearing trash from common spaces. No wonder there are mice everywhere. They need to hire exterminator and more cleaning staff. DO NOT live on the first floor. In fact, try not to live here at all!
visited Elmira and stayed at 667 apartments and its very nice and clean, very modern styling. in addition they have gated parking lot for added security and ev charging.
It so very cold outside, and THEY CLOSED THE TRASH ROOMS. WHY, WHY, WHY. They punish us like children. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Any good review is a result of a contest, which is illegal by google standards.
