I love this complex! I lived here for a year, moved out for 6 months and ended up coming back. The building is kept up very well (for the most part). The studio apartments are quite spacious in my opinion. They have a good amount of living space and ample storage! This is a very old building (built in 1952 if I am not mistaken) so it does have it’s problems. My drains back up somewhat regularly but AJ fixes it immediately and is so kind! I give the building a three. I give AJ a five! Any maintenance request is done very quickly and to perfection.

I have been living here from past 3 years. Six40 Apartments is a great place to live for people working in Downtown/Plaza and for students studying at UMKC. Rent is reasonable. The apartment units are well structured and amenities are great. Paid and free parking spots are available near the buidling. Whatever maintenance problems we have are fixed withing 24 hrs, thanks to AJ (He knows how to fix everything!)
