DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE CUSTOMERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS 12-24-2011-- 620 CAFE DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE CUSTOMERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. I've recently had abdominal surgery and cannot eat normal sized portions. I was not allowed to order off the children's menu nor would then make me smaller portions. I paid $10 for one egg white & cheese and 1/4 cup oatmeal. No coffee. No juice. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE AGAIN.

Best Homemade Bread Ever The food is great, but the Homemade Bread is to die for. I go most of the time just to buy a whole loaf of bread to eat as breakfast all week. They have Zucchini, Bana Nut, Cranberry, etc.... MMMMmmmmm!
Perfect locally-owned breakfast spot The food at the 620 is great - all home cooking, good service, friendly folks, and delicious freshly-baked bread and muffins.
