I moved here in 2012-The administrative staff here could not care less about the residents, very un professional. In January 2014 my heat was down for 10 days, I was given two space heaters to keep me and my family warm while they tried to find a new furnace for my apartment. During those ten days the office staff never called me to keep me updated on when I would get the new furnace installed.
