I am extremely disappointed in the new owner who bought this building 3 years ago. We've had 3 different property managements and this is the second year where the A.C is not working. Today is 07-22-26 and it is 84 degrees inside my suite. I have a portable AC inside but it does not cover the whole space. I experience heat exhaustion. During the Covid to current, the management had the cleaners stop taking out the garbage from each office, but still took out the bathroom garbage and cleaned the bathrooms. Often times, they were untouched, too. They don't clean or vacuum the offices (you have to do it yourself). The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything what other people in their offices are saying or doing. Once my company's lease is up, we're leaving.
