DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I had booked with them a pick up and drop off for which I received a confirmation email. They called me back after 2 weeks (after I had made all my plans) and told me there was a glitch in their system and they now had to charge me per hour. This made the cost go up 10x. They would not honor their previous commitment for which i have confirmations of nor would they even try to provide a reasonable compromise. AWFUL services.
Rude and very unprofessional. Cars are beat up while some are just alright. Do not recommend. Driver was excellent, but the person I called within the company itself was horrible. Called to speak highly of one of their drivers and instead was put on hold to speak to a very curt and rude man, who couldn't care less of what I had to say. I used this service only because the concierge arranged the trip.
A Perfect ride to and from LuaGuardia – Drove my wife and I from airport and back this last weekend. They did a great job.The driver was at airport when we arrived and our hotel in the morning right on time. We will definitely use them again
Terrible ! Terrible ! DO NOT USE! – This company was absolutely terrible and my husband is currently drafting a letter to let them know how disappointed we were with their service. First of all, I get a call from my husband at 3pm the day of the wedding to ask for the wedding coordinator’s number. He didn’t want to tell me why, but I eventually got him to admit he wanted her to find the limo, which was currently a half hour late picking my husband and the groomsman up at their hotel to bring them to the church. A great drive and driver – We left from downtown Manhattan to catch our plane back to Seattle at Newark and a nice young man named Alex from the limo service picked us up. We had our 3 grandchildren with us and we appreciated his good driving and pleasant conversation. The van was clean and had seatbelts (not like the van we took into the city from JFK....which had no seatbelts, had a nice, but terrrible driver) We definitely will use this service again when we return to the city. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE – POLITE, PATIENT, AND TREATED ME AS I WAS A KING EVEN THOUGH I DONT HAVE THAT MUCH BUT WITH SIX STARS I FELT LIKE I WAS ROYALTY, CANT COMPLAIN, EXCELLENT SERVICE, I'M GOING TO USE THEM FOR MY BIRTHDAY NEXT YEAR.
Excellent car service – My car with Six Stars was arranged through the Hilton in Midtown NYC. The car was on time. I had a very pleasant driver. The car was VERY clean. I was treated with the upmost respect. I would use this car service again.
FABULOUS !!!!!!!!! – We arrived into JFK airport in New york on Monday 8/25 after a long flight from L.A. We were greeted by our driver at baggage claim.. i called the office to double check the price and was treated exceptional...very friendly staff... anyways the ride to the Marriott was flawless...very clean car...looked brand new actually...lol and the driver again was very friendly... I travel to New york at least twice a month, Six stars will be my service of choice !!
