Great team from the front office to the garage. This is my first Subaru and they took me seriously as a beginner and had great suggestions for my budget for this used new-to-me 2010 Impreza Outback Sport I just bought. They also chased down a clicking sound on the front end that was driving me crazy. I’ve had a lot of mechanics just say “old cars make sounds”. But they took my safety concerns about driving my kids around in it. Five Stars. This is my team now.

Had a decent experience but the length I went to tow my car this far away was nowhere near the quality of work done on my car. Had my head gasket fixed, paid thousands of dollars then drove the car home and the next time I started it it overheated again then I had to tow it back at my own expense just for them to open the hood and say ‘must have been a mishap, the car should be fine’ then sent me on my way. Highly recommend six star for anything you need for your Vehicle, Matt and his guys are amazing.
All these positive customer service reviews must be from friends and family. I’ve been trying to contact them for over a week to get a tune. They don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to messenger, don’t reply to emails.
Good shop with knowledgeable people and a decent parts stock, prices are very good for brand name parts and the management is fair, very happy to work with Matt.
These guys are super helpful & knowledgeable! Great customer service as well! 10/10 I recommend!
