A signature restaurant of the Edgewater Hotel (The), Six Seven combines Pacific Northwest cuisine with contemporary Pan-Asian and American influences. Chef Hans Reisinger's elegant preparations are flavored with fresh Northwestern ingredients, reflecting his years of international culinary experience. Try the Six Seven Crab Cakes with avocado salad for starters, and the classic wood-roasted chicken, goat cheese dumplings, or Ivory Forest mushroom sautee for your main course. The Forest Room, a private dining room, holds a ma... read more

unfortunate experience – I booked a large reservation here for a friend's birthday, and was let down in a big way. Prior to making my reservation, the restaurant had been recommended by a friend due to the fabulous view of the Puget Sound. I took some time to read a few reviews, and found quite a few that commented on the poor service. I disregarded what I had read, hoping that I could give the place a chance and find a new favorite with a great view. Unfortunately, my experience was much the same, and without going into exp... read more
The best, bar none – This is where I take out-of-town guests to truly experience the best of Seattle... Unlike most spots, the waterfront location means that you're literally on Elliott Bay right outside the window, and the food is exemplary. Start with the jumbo shrimp cocktail (the biggest I've ever seen) and the ponzu tuna; I've never had an entree here be any less than perfectly cooked. The cocktail menu is quite interesting, too, including a gin & tonic with house-made tonic. And brunch! Skip Salty's and take your guest... read more
great bar – we came here for a group get together in the bar on a saturday night. the bartender was AWESOME. he was very friendly and poured great drinks. we got a 10% group discount. the hotel is beautiful and it feels like you're in the middle of the woods. there are tables, comfy chairs near the fireplace as well as a standing bar.
Good Service; Average Food – My friends and I dined for the first time at Six Seven. The atmosphere was very nice and the view was spectacular. Our waitress was fabulous. The remaining food servers and the food itself wasn't anything to write home about. Three of us ordered the Mahi Mahi and had to send it back; it was overdone and dry. They were very pleasant about replacing the food, and the second round of Mahi was better (still not great). The desserts were average and the wine suggestions mediocre. I would rate the expe... read more
Wonderful Service, Exquisite Dishes – I actually stumbled across Six-Seven by accident yet was very pleasantly surprised. The ambiance is romantic; the décor is inviting and unique. The waterfront view was a bit lacking from our vantage point but nice at any rate. The service was very attentive and the food preparation was perfect. Make sure to make reservations and show up early enough to have a drink at the bar. I truly enjoyed Six-Seven and am pleased to offer my highest recommendation.
For tourists only – This review is for the bar only. We were completely ignored by the waitress after our initial drinks. She was shocked that we seemed to be "in such a hurry," after it took about 15 minutes to get our bill after we requested it. We went to the bar to get our bill paid after that. Keep in mind that the bar area of the restaurant was only about 3/4 full. We quickly paid our tab and went to Anthony's down the street, where we were treated like royalty in comparison. In general, the Edgewater should be avoided... read more
Worth the View – I couldn't imagine a more perfect setting. We had a first class view of the bay, the Olympics and the Port of Seattle, accompanied by very lovely food and generous cocktails. The bill was hefty, but the atmosphere and the experience made it worthwhile. The only downside was the god-awful music. It was techno/punk and totally unsuited to the atmosphere.
Disappointed – A very beautiful setting. Very pricey. Lamb chops presentation very picturesque but luke warm and were tough,
Amazing Evening! – What an incredible hidden jewel on the waterfront! From the food to the atmosphere to the spectacular views, well worth an evening out. The perfect spot for any occasion.
