Canadians traveling w/30" travel trailer. Trailer tongue jack damaged. Did an internet search, called from Tok, Alaska, and spoke to Chris. Next day we towed to Fairbanks location and with assistance from Ben (who did quick test fit for an in-stock replacement) we were on our way in 30 minutes. For us, great service/exceptional people. When things go wrong when traveling it is a blessing when things then go right. Our thanks to all.

Whatever trailer parts you need, they will have them. Just don’t expect great customer service. I sat at the counter for over 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. The only guy at the counter was about as friendly as a piece of cardboard.

This place was recommended to me for tire cable chains. I was disappointed that they didn't have what I needed in stock. I was also surprised that the man working the counter said that he couldn't look up the size I needed from the model of my car - as other automotive stores have always done in the past. I found that information online in seconds. One positive is that once I found it, he looked up the size, offered to order them, and then offered to write down the part number for me.
