Worst customer service dont waste your time! Customer service guy measured with own measure and still gave me the wrong beam and parts. Drove 100 miles back to them and still wouldn't make there own mistake right.
No customer service. I ordered a boat trailer axel, & if you ever needed one before you need to know a lot of different measurements. I pull mine out and brought it to them ( so there were no mistakes) was told 4-6 weeks delivery time. At 5 weeks with no contact from six robblies I started calling . They told me maybe next week this went on for 3 more weeks until they finally said oh ya that's been here for a couple days come get it. When I show up it didn't look correct & when I got home confirmed it was incorrect. talking ... read more
