The worst place ever, why do even make appointment when we have to wait over an hours.
I'm rarely the one to give a one star review but here it goes.. Don't really bother coming here, even with a booked appointment when I came here, the receptionist(who was really rude), told me that the doctor isn't available until 1pm(my appointment was at 9:10am). No one bothered to call me to let me know, they just say we put a sign on the door. Avoid this place.
Called the clinic to book an appointment with my doctor and the Indian lady who picked up the phone told me to book online as they don’t make an appointment on the phone(?) and to call them again if I need any assistance. Went to their online site and still couldn’t book any appointment because it said error. Called to tell them and the lady SIGH at me and told me to just come to the clinic. Very unprofessional and rude, if you don’t want to do your job then just quit.
Rude, Impatient and incompetent. You will feel like you are Severely inconveniencing them if you ask more then one question. Avoid.
