Absolutely wonderful We have been here just over a year now, and Hawthorn has been nothing but understanding and flexible with us. My partner and I have a crazy dog and both work, so having maintenance come into the apartment can be challenging, but all of the staff have been flexible with us every single time to make it work and do what they can to accommodate us. You just don’t find that anywhere else. So thankful to Hawthorn for making this place a home for us!

Going Down If you answer yes to any of these questions, move elsewhere. Do you want an accurate rent bill? Want a responsive leasing office/team? Have your maintenance requests filled in a timely manner (within a week or two)? Do you want the property you live on to be clean/properly maintained (drive through the complex on any given day for reference)? Great management! I moved here 2 years ago and have seen significant improvements in that time. This management team gets things done! They’ve improved literally every aspect of living here, making it very desirable now. I was thinking about possibly moving next year, but as long as they stay, I’ll stay.

Rent is higher for current tenants than new ones, no upgrade done to apartments Lack of communication. Broken promises. Never upgrade apartment. They sold back to original company. High rent for current tenants, cheaper for new ones. Package stolen, lack of service. Now we have to drive to USPS to get packages all the time.

Absolutely do not rent here This place is a mess. Ever since Pegasus took over it went from a nice upscale community to pure trash. The office staff is unprofessional, out of their depth , do not know basic laws regarding renters rights . They do not answer calls or emails but send lots of threatening emails. The dumpster is always broken forcing residents to put their trash outside of dumpster with the threat of fees from management . We pay for the compactor every month so it should work. . There problem is not our problem... read more
