I live outside Lees Summit and one of their sales guys convinced me to use their service. The first few months was great, but entire months were not pre-scheduled, When they set appointments they would show up late or not even at all. The even told me they would give me credit for a missed service-- which was not enough to cover a single service. When they came to remove wasp nests, they had to use *MY* ladder.
