RecommendedAndrew (in the office) was always very polite and friendly. The tech arrived as promised as was very professional. I’ve had several rental properties and used many different plumbers over 30 years in Pensacola. Siwicki Plumbing is at the top of the list.
Had a water leak from bad dura pex pipes installed in 2008. 10 other homes with pipes bust spoke w Ed was told he just doesn't have time to repipe my home. This is unacceptable I'm over 5k already he didn't even offer a price reduction. This is why businesses sink it's all about dodging customer service. I have laundry room bathroom and wood floor damage from pipes Siwiki installed and told you don't have the time. Hopefully a attorney will help. My daughter can't even sleep home due to this. Dudes (not pros) installed pipes in our DR Horton home. Simply called to see if they could come out to tell me why there is water soaking my carpet in my baby's room. The service is no longer under warranty, I understand, but immediately became defensive and said to see if it was something we did. Then call back and he'll do us a favor by putting us on the service list, ha. No we're good and we'll call somebody else. We wouldn't want you to botch the job again.
Pride in there work and ran by a no short cut by the book Marine veteran and his son with the same values. It’s an honor for my husband to work here. You won’t find better!
