The office team and dentist were friendly, but the scheduling was a challenge. I was scheduled for a cleaning and despite no history with the office, they didn't put me in for a new patient appointment. Spent the first 50 minutes getting the x-rays, initial exam, etc. only to be told they didn't have enough time for the cleaning I had scheduled for. I would have rather they communicated that on the front end, instead of going through all of the work-up. And if you're interested in the botox treatment for TMJ, ask for it prio... read more
