I am very frustrated. Every time I call the office I get the answering machine and no one returns my call. Today I called twice because I'm in alot of pain. The doctor ok'd the prescription but no one ever called it in. So another day and night of pain and I will probably have to call AGAIN tomorrow.

Without a doubt, the best internal medicine doctor i have ever had. She is very much into explaining any problem you have, the diagnosis and how WE plan to take action.
The 1 star is for the office staff. They need to answer and return phone calls. I would give Dr. Sivakumar 5 stars because she is wonderful!! So personable and caring!
