This office continues to call me for some guy named Bob. I don't know any Bob and certainly no Bob Lives here! Why do you guys continue to call my number to remind Bob of an upcoming appointment? Why is Bob giving you my phone number? I don't know who this person is and why he is using my number? Please straighten this out on your end so that I am not feeling constantly aggravated when you guys leave messages for Bob!!
Very efficient, personable and gets it right the first time.
I felt very comfortable from the time I walked through the door, receptionist was a spark of sunshine, very nice lady .. Sivhour Ly she explained everything to me and I'm glad I went there for an eye exam today because I really didn't know how blind I was until she got the new glasses on my face and I seen just how beautiful this lady was.. I might even go for another exam next week LOL.. have a blessed day
Hands down the best eye exam I have ever had! I came to see Dr. Ly because a friend of mine recommended her to me. My previous doctor needed to redo my glasses a couple times to get it right. Dr. Ly listens. I told her what my needs were and she made the prescription accordingly. She got it right the 1st time. My previous Doctor was always on a rush; I think the appointment was always 15min or less. Dr. Ly took her time and gave me a very thorough examination - the best I have ever had!
