SOMETHING WAS SERIOUSIY WRONG.with Dr Nalayini Sivaraman. EVERY TIME i had an appointment with her, she would ask about my BACK PAIN. What back pain???? I kept telling her , this is not me! eventhrough i told her this ..she stilled did my refill by adding (cyclobenzaprine)a muscle relaxant (for back pain). I had to tell Her "please take this off my medicine call in. I don't need it".she looked at me , all stupid and then deleted the med.....SHE NEEDED TO RETIRE....JUST IN TIME ...CAUSE SHE WAS LOOSEN IT.... ,
