I am absolutely livid with my DoorDash order tonight. I paid for six pupusas, and this restaurant somehow managed to fail on two separate fronts in a single bag. First, I paid for six pupusas, but only five actually made it into the bag. Paying full price for missing food is completely unacceptable. Ordered the plantain with sides and didn’t get the sides. When I called to fix it the girl said I didn’t order the one with sides and made me feel crazy even though I told her the one I ordered had a picture with sides. When I double checked the photo online did say it came with beans and crema.
Stopped by Sivar Treats and had a great meal! We tried the chicken and pork pupusas, and both were super flavorful. The Salvadoran tamales were incredible as well—extremely moist, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor. Definitely a spot worth returning to for authentic Salvadoran comfort food!
