I hired Thirusenthuran Sivapatham to get my then tenants evicted from my housein Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario, Canadabased on for my personal use. This required Thirusenthuran to serve my then tenants with a N12 form and then file a L2 application with the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Bord (LTB in Ontario, Canada). Pros: - Mr. Sivapatham is clearly knowledgeable regarding Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) matters. - The applications and supplementary documents he prepared were well-drafted and accurate. Cons: - However, the communication was very poor; emails and phone calls often went unanswered. - Additionally, there was a lack of transparency regarding LTB fees, as he used his own credit card for payments rather than the client’s. Due to these service and administrative issues, I would not retain his services again.
