I highly recommend that you think three times before you hire this company. There customer service is rude--they don't listen and cut you off. There is a reason they record every phone conversation and insist you email everything. I ordered several windows from them and after three different "measurings," numerous emails and phone conversations, and damage to an existing window frame (to determine if they could actually install the windows after I signed a contact) they consistently failed to accurately write up my order. If I could give zero stars, I would. A job for 2 bedrooms condo with 3 windows and 1 sliding door/ window took 5 and half mounts. They couldn’t measure the sliding door right. It was a nightmare!!! The casing on the sliding window was a job of a mad man. All damaged and crooked. It was do bad that Milgard got envolved. Long story short, think twice before you hire them.
Raymond and his team did an amazing job on my house. I called them because of their reviews and I’m very glad I did. Communication was on point and Raymond was available to answer all of my questions. They installed 15 windows and 1 door and they came out great! Raymond does look very young but he’s great at what he does and is knowledgeable. Will recommend.
