Dr. Bruce was very nice. However we have had multiple mistakes made by the staff here, people have lied to cover their mistakes and the staff is the rudest i have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Even asked for the office manager but apparently they are on a 3 week vacation and office staff refused to give their name. At this point they have delay treatment due to mistakes by 3 weeks for someone who has had a concussion from a car accident a month before. Borderline negligence!!!!
I have had the privilege of being an SIU patient for 25 years. The attending Drs are excellent, & do a wonderful job teaching. Even the residents are great.
Yesterday, I had a pleasant visit with Dr. Jordan Sestak Bruce because I was so impressed with the treatment of my left leg which she administered. Before meeting with a doctor, her nurse was so friendly. Staff in the neurology department were friendly.
