Horrible! You call about a prescription that was denied and patient is in severe need but they won't return a call or communicate what the next steps are! Going on two weeks of calling them every other day and still nothing. Clearly the care of their patients aren't top priority!
Just seen dr Jung, he's very dismissive, him along with his colleague , I was in the room waiting for 30 minutes before they came in, no excuse no nothing, very rude and I'd never recommend anyone to go see his as their doctor ever.
I have noticed that certain departments seem to focus more on cultural background than actual attempts to diagnose the observation.
