The staff is mostly fine and friendly but I’ve never experienced wait times like this at any other doctor’s office. Both via phone and in person, insane wait times. No apologies, no communication as for how long you will have to wait or that they will be in soon etc. one appointment I waited with my young son in the room for a full hour, the next appointment we waited another full hour and the doctor never showed. Unfortunately for us this is the only pediatric GI office in Springfield so you are at their mercy.
My son has a new blood test results came back and has concerns. I have called the office 3 times in 5 days and I still haven’t received a call back.
Wait times are kind of long but the doctor spent a lot of time with my daughter and I and answered all of our questions and ordered her further testing.
