Don't go here. They will be your worst nightmare, try to kill you, and then charge you $1 per page if you want your own medical records. For people who are actually sick, that adds up quickly.

Was billed 286 dollars for my annual check-up. Called and tried to asked both the Billing office contact number indicated on the statement but they told me to contact the office where i had my check-up. Contacted Carbondale but was asked to call the main office billing. I told them that i just did and they asked me to call Carbondale SIU, then again i was asked to call another time. I have been going here for years. The program they have is quite unique and I love getting to know the SIU students training to be doctors. Some of these doctors are absolutely amazing and I am their patient for 3 years. It's hard when they graduate. However then I become friends with a new doctor. They always knoe the latest technology/knowledge. Super clean rooms, nice large waiting area, labs onsite, Phlebotomist is phenomenal, and receptionists are so friendly.
