My PCP is Deedra McLain and I've seen her for nearly four years - she has been the best doctor and will continue to be. But I've also seen (or my husband has seen) several other doctors with SIU and this is the best group of doctors ever. I just called for at least the 8th time trying to get a routine colonoscopy referred and scheduled. The support staff is completely incompetent, and nothing gets done simply and as it should. If you every need anything, you will be thankful to have a different medical provider. This includes routine things like a colonoscopy when you turn 50 years old - or refills on Cholesterol medicine. I am in the process of looking elsewhere, and you should, too.
I have been going here for years. The program they have is quite unique and I love getting to know the SIU students training to be doctors. Some of these doctors are absolutely amazing and I am their patient for 4 years. It's hard when they graduate. However then I become friends with a new doctor. They are always on the latest technology and knowledge. Just a joy to see these student doctors.

Well I switched a few months ago to this Dr. Office and I'm seeing a Primary Care Provider PA Named Joeli Diemer and a counselor named Rachel Rice I didn't hardly get any return phone calls from Rural Health in Anna IL my younger sister and my 3 year old nephew is seeing at this place and has been seeing this place for years because they don't trust anyone in union county so when I have been seen there it started out just fine well then I had someone call my mom and asked her what my behavior was like at home and what it was... read more
