I've been going here five years and they are great.
Nothing like waiting 3 hours to hear they lost your tests from the last visit. Unclear and incorrect scheduling, always unsure which doctor I'll be seeing or how long my "30 minute" appointment to fill 1 script will take. So far the shortest visit I've had at this location is 2.5 hours. I'll be looking for a better facility. Liz in the office is fantastic, informational, and takes care of patients. That is the only positive thing I'm able to say.
Would not recommend even dealing with these people. DO NOT CONTACT THEM.
The person making appointment is aess up. Made an appointment .she had me to come in that afternoon to see a doctor because my new doctor wasn't in. I don't drive and I have to pay for my ride that I didn't need because when I got there she said I didn't have an appointment. I told her you said that I will see another doctor and she remember but didn't make my appointment. I made another appointment and ask for a reminder she put the music on and never came back to the phone. Y'all hire these people and should be recoreding ... read more
