Having received two very positive recommendations for Sitz Plumbing, we called them for several small projects: replacing a bathroom sink and installing several faucets in the kitchen and bath. It's an 80+ year old house with numerous remodels, so nothing is straightforward or easy. Still, all the work was outstanding. I highly recommend Sitz Plumbing! Last night our water heater went down after a 12 year life. I realized something was wrong during my morning shower as it went cold, but after some trouble shooting, it began to leak! That's when the amazing customer service team, despite it being past 6:00 PM, worked with us to get Chase out this morning. They replaced our hot water heater in just one hour! Wow, in a sea of overworked, underqualified, and unresponsive contractors, Sitz Plumbing is a breath of fresh air. They came out right away to give us an estimate for our work, scheduled to do the work in a timely fashion, SHOWED UP when they said they would, and did the work quickly, efficiently, correctly, and cleanly...as it should be, but so often isn't these days. Matt and Tom are great. We have other projects in the future and will definitely be calling them. Trust these folks. You are in good hands.
