I was new to Denver and shocked at how expensive the apartments were. After staying in a few Airbnb’s, I was desperate for a place. I applied to three and the first who took me I grabbed. It was an apartment called Mayor Apartments that is run by Situs Real Estate Corporation. It doesn’t even have a name on the outside nor an address, which is weird, but on eighth Street and Colorado Boulevard. I highly recommend renting from Situs Reality, they handled a situation I had with a belligerent neighbor who I had to call cops on because she threatened me. They are in the process of moving out due to not paying rent and harassing me. I hope whoever has these neighbors next pray because she is a snake and loves to lie to get her way...
