I was new to Denver and shocked at how expensive the apartments were. After staying in a few Airbnb’s, I was desperate for a place. I applied to three and the first who took me I grabbed. It was an apartment called Mayor Apartments that is run by Situs Real Estate Corporation. It doesn’t even have a name on the outside nor an address, which is weird, but on eighth Street and Colorado Boulevard. I highly recommend renting from Situs Reality, they handled a situation I had with a belligerent neighbor who I had to call cops on because she threatened me. They are in the process of moving out due to not paying rent and harassing me. I hope whoever has these neighbors next pray because she is a snake and loves to lie to get her way... Thank You Situs and Miriam for assisting me in a very professional and timely manner.
I’ve been renting from them for almost 5 years now they’ve always went above and beyond. Any maintenance issues are always fixed immediately if not the same day the very next day.
I truly can’t express my gratitude enough for the staff here. I have honestly never lived in an apartment with as incredible management. Miriam is kind, compassionate, understanding, and went above and beyond for me. Lee checked in on me and what I needed. John, who is the maintenance technician, is fast to respond, professional, accommodating, and like the rest (if you’re seeing a pattern here) is so kind. I almost never write reviews but these are good people who work here and I would highly recommend this place.
