Situation Solutions, LLC is an excellent company. My dealings with them could not have been better. They were fair in their offer, made the purchase in a timely manner at the price and conditions in our sale agreement. I found them to be honest, professional and helpful in paying for the property and resolving issues with our mortgage company. I would recommend Situation Solutions to my friends. If I needed similar service in the future, I would contact them.

Both Robert and Christina made this sale a lifesaving event for me. I live out of town and expected it to take days to go thru this process.
