I sold my house to Situation Solutions and had a good experience. A little too much bureaucracy and took some time to get signature of the company on the buyer-seller agreement, but until now everything worked nicely. Situation Solutions were generous with me in several aspects, including financing some side costs I didn't expect to have in the process of selling my house. I had no problem selling my house to them despite the fact that I'm a foreigner, and got cash to my bank account outside the US shortly after closing.
