They are the worst. Stringing me along for months then at the very last minute told me they didn't want to buy the house. A total waste of time. I will not recommend them to any one. They took their time to get back with me when I left messages & emails. A very dirty company. They wouldn't let me out of my contract when I changed my mind then a couple of days before we were suppose to move they told me they couldn't buy the house.
