***** I'm really disappointed to hear your concerns over 2 years letter. I wish you would have reached out before than, my phone number hasn't changed in 16 years, so I'm accessible. However I do need to point out that on that project we only replaced 2 windows. The ones in the kitchen. So there is a chance those others were original windows hence why they were different styles. Or had been replaced previously be a prior owner. We didn't build the house new so not all products were new. The drywall in the ceiling you mentioned, that too was existing. We didn't add drywall to that property in the garage. You asked us to come out and "Caulk gaps and paint lower portion of rear upper windows to match current paint." There wasn't another request outside of that you asked to be done after your Home Inspection. We did have to repair several of the existing windows to function, again those were not new windows. They were older windows that were already existing too. You did have a Home Inspection, and it's unfortunate they did not catch this other issues you are mentioning on the existing house. That house and all our houses are done properly with all required city inspections and permits. So it seems as if the maintenance of an older home is catching up, which is to be expected. I really wish you would have reached out so that we could help you if at all possible. Any issues in the first year would have been covered on our third party Contractors warranty, so you should have reached out for sure and we would have made it right if it was something they did wrong. We are not contractors so we can only hold those that did anything wrong accountable for it. They were all licensed and insured contractors that did work on that house. And to defend ourselves a little here. You did have a walk through at the end of the project, and you all signed off that you accepted the repairs as done. So if there were items left unfinished we wouldn't know unless you refused to sign. So it's a little unfair over 2 years letter to complain we didn't finish anything when you signed it was 100% to your satisfaction at the time in the repairs we did for you. **** ****, President
