The things that stood out in my treatment is Situ's lack of interaction or soft skills with me, her patient.Patient's comfort is at the bottom of her list. She just proceeded to inject me with anesthesia without explaining, and it was painful. After the 1st shot, I objected. I asked her why isn't she using a numbing gel before injecting. I went in for a root canal. She injected something into the area and it must have hit a blood vessel. It felt like acid was injected into my face. The most excruciating pain imaginable that caused me to roll on the floor. I spoke to a friend in another state who is an endodontist and he said at the end of the procedure sometimes a little bleach is injected to clean out the area; he suspected that she accidentally injected it where she shouldn’t have. Awful!!! She hurt me bad. She should not be doing this. My money was refunded for all the expenses I incurred from the subsequent visit to the emergency room by ambulance to treat the excruciating pain and massive hematoma she caused.

Beware! I Would not recommend her to anyone. If you happen to be scheduled with her, I'd get a second opinion with an honest and reputable Endodontist. Don't get you numb and doesn't care if you feel anything.

She comes in, sits down, mask on, and starts on my root canal. No interaction. No let me show you your xrays for the plan. Nothing. It was painful and I've had a root canal done previously. I was just disappointed with her. I do not recommend her to anyone.

Very fast and accurate root canal by Dr. Situ! It’s second nature for her- she’s so efficient and communicative. I refused the bite block, she let me know when I could rest my jaw and let me know when the rest would be coming, or about how long each stretch of time would be that I had to prop it open.

There was Virtually no patient interaction. She hurried through the root canal and poured the medicine in without securing the seal around the tooth and the medicine drained to the back of my throat, which caused me to choke and gag and I needed to stop the procedure to rinse out my mouth repeatedly to remove the burning taste. Later she burnt my mouth with the heat gun as she tried to do things too quickly. She was out of the office even before I paid my bill. I would NOT recommend her

This woman had zero connection with me as a person with feelings and or deserving of any respect or consideration. she acted like I wasn't even a person and simply a mouth to work on. she didn't even tell me what she was going to do, I opened my mouth and she put something on my tooth that put me into excruciating pain and I was livid she didn't even tell me it was going to hurt. she didn't even seem to care when I expressed that what she did was unappreciated. No recommendation from me.
