Extremely unethical in business and very suspect in character. He has a lot of class unfortunately it’s all low! I could spend a lot of time explaining mine & my brother’s experience with this person but it’s not worth it. This person is a penny ante wannabe slum lord in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The house we rented from was in terrible condition when we moved in. There was mold covering the windows in the spare room and a broken window screen was “repaired” by a cheap hand stitched job. Also, the carpets were disgusting and the smoke detectors would go off if you so much as turned on the stove. The worst part was that our landlord practically robbed us when we moved out and did not return any of our deposits.
