LACK OF COMMUNICATION AT ITS BEST TOLD ME I NEED TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE, MAYBE THEY THOUGHT MY MONEY WASN'T GREEN OR GOOD ENOUGH BUT I FOUND A PLACE WHERE IT WAS AND IM SO HAPPY THAT I DID!!!!!
We hired them to help with my mother who has dementia. In 4 months (approx) we went through about 4 caregivers and 2 ER visits. AFTER I spoke with someone and gave them a detailed list of things that we needed them to do to take care of my mother. They were unreliable and did not have caregivers who were properly trained or even motivated enough to handle the job we trusted them to do.
