Very unhappy with there service. Can't get anyone to come out for 4hrs yet have no problem telling TN Choices they can get someone. Communication is horrible too. Over the lip service that are all lies. I will be changing services and putting in a huge complaint with the state.
I’ve never in my 28 years had to do this to a company. They are a horrible company to work for. They do not care about their employees. They play with your wages. I worked for them for 5months my 1st check was 2 weeks behind and then they gave me someone else wages smh. My last check before quitting due to not receiving my wages. I was a day late yes. Timesheets are due on mondays well I ran out of timesheets. I have done this before sending my time sheet in on Tuesday and I still got paid on the following Friday. We are pai... read more
As a nurse, I had many complaints with this service. Some sitters sent unprofessional and lacking in basic caregiver knowledge. Will not use again.
