My wife and I had driven 1.5 hours to take a look at a car, it was the jeep Cherokee. Obviously the car needed to be looked over by me in detail to find anything wrong with it before we purchased the car. Hate to buy a car from this place considering they are so slow. Bought a van, this place is listed lien holder so I go there asking if it's open or has been paid off. 2 weeks later, oh we're still looking into it. Like how long does it take to do something at this garage. Come on people, wake the hell up
Not looking good so far - Bob sold us a vehicle that another garage was 'surprised passed inspection'. Check engine light came on the day after sale. Bob was informed of this about three weeks after, and felt it necessary to use expletives and hang up. Not impressed with the treatment, I expect more from anyone who holds themselves out to be a professional.
