our washing machine broke about a month back. after a little over a week of no response on our maintenance requests we went directly to the office. they immediately went into action and got a new machine ordered. from there it was a completely smooth process. we are understanding that there is a high volume of residents and maintenance tickets might get lost. glad to have a functional washer
my laundry has not worked for two months and I complain weekly at the office!! no one comes to fix
