A few bumps in the road with building, but overall very happy with the house. Construction management was very helpful every time something came up and worked with us to find a solution. They have also answered all our questions and handled warranty requests very quickly after closing.
This was the worst experience ever with my relative buying a House with Sitterle Homes. The Colony is a Nice Family Oriented Neighborhood with various amenities offered. The house purchased from the builder had very poor craftsmanship, missing light fixtures, and damage appliances etc. Gene and the builder contractor were very fast talking and rushing the Closing with very little regards to addressing all of the issues concerning the property.
