Sitterle Homes uses the lowest quality materials and care about speed over quality. We are already having to repaint the entire inside because of the quality of the paint that was used. I am not lying when I say that the toilet paper roll turning has taken the paint off of the walls. Sinks have started to lean off the walls in bathrooms. I would never want anyone to have to go through what we went through while building our office. I would not recommend this building group to anyone ever, residential or commercial. Two words describe my experience building a Sitterle home -- quality and communication. My sales rep Alex Rickel was outstanding in keeping me updated about the progress of my the construction. His knowledge and experience were evident, and he made many helpful suggestions. My construction superintendent Dale Houle is a stickler for quality. We are so enjoying our new custom Sitterle home! The number of horror stories we have heard during our building process from others who used other builders is sad and only reinforces what a great process Sitterle has in place and how well Brooke, Kirk and Kyle worked together to make the process as smooth as possible. I understand our neighbor who owns the lot beside us have chosen Sitterle as well - so smart on their part. It was and is so easy to recommend Sitterle and their custom home team!

I just wanted to send a quick note to share how elated we are with our new home. From start to finish, everyone at Sitterle was absolutely amazing. Kira Grenier at Highland Village is the best there is. This is our first home and she made it even that much more special. She is the kindest person you’ll ever meet, she has the most patience I’ve ever seen and not once did she ever pressure my wife and I to buy a Sitterle home.
