Worst experience at Willis Ranch with Sitterle Homes in SA. Hidden fees, huge HOA monthly amount, and not finishing the home in the anticipated window. The preferred lender “Smart Choice Mortgage” unhelpful since the beginning, and hard to get in contact with when most needed. Building a home should’ve been the best experience, but has been the complete opposite with them
