Highly recommended for cruise ship passengers needing glasses or optical help. Service was exceptional. They helped fixed my kid's glasses and saved our vacation!
On a cruise 8/2026. Started losing vision in my right eye, consistent with my glaucoma but was more severe so I needed it checked. The ship did not have an ophthalmologist so I google searched Sitka as it was our next port. I made a wifi call to Sitka Vision Clinic and asked about emergency service, they asked when my ship was pulling in and got me on the schedule. Dr. Natalie Macke was excellent. The eye doctor is great. The front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately we never could find contacts that worked for me yet I was billed for that. Wasn’t very happy to pay a $50 charge for something I couldn’t use. The front desk lady was extremely rude about it. I’ll still give 5 stars because the provider is fantastic.
