Very professional, called about 10:30 am with a water heater that had gone out. Asked for the correct info to replace it. Gave me a quick estimate, showed up in the afternoon and replaced it and stayed within the estimate given. Very timely on getting it done! Thanks!!!
Russ did a nice clean installation. This was a conversion from a 40 gallon traditional water heater to a tankless unit.
