Was told had to order the part out of Anchorage. The part arrived and to my astonishment the price had risen from 37 dollars to alittle under 50.00. And if that was not bad enough 12.00 shipping fee was added.From 37.00 to 73.00 i am in the wrong business...
I love this store, excellent customer service, I mean they should open up a mechanic shop next door.
Never seen such outrageous highway-robbery prices at any other NAPA auto parts store anywhere in Alaska, or any other state. Massive mark ups that make no logical sense, other than plain old price gouging. I'll just use online stores that are priced fairly. There is just no sense in paying 1000% markups on anything that is readily available at normal pricing with free shipping.
Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable and kind. Go in if you need anything for your vehicles. They are great and will help you out with anything you might need.
