Awful. Hearing every toilet flush from the upper levels and every footstep from the upstairs. Cheap materials and fragile structures.
I was absolutely thrilled when the Sitka building was first completed. I immediately fell in love with the cozy and welcoming atmosphere created by the wood, the paint colors, and the kitchen. In particular, the west-facing view was truly memorable. It overlooked Port Moody Elementary School, the mountains, and the ocean, and it was such a beautiful view that it has really stayed with me. Good apartment building
Update: Finally and thanks to the public review the flooring got fixed and the lights got fixed (not major issues but still were issues). Both tradesman were amazing, kind and took their time to fix things properly. It’s good amazing timing they all got fix (between 3days all done) - Thanks to the owner too for stepping up!
