We have no idea why this apartment make the gym cold like freezer. Are they trying to make people not using the gym?

I’ve been a resident of Sitka over 2 years. There have been a lot of office staff turnover since I moved here. Everyone that they hire has been attentive and welcoming. What ever issues have come up they are quick to accommodate and ease my mind. They always have little pop-ups and events posted and I could never make it to one. Until this last week. Alana on the maintenance team was awesome! Timely, communicative, kind, and most importantly good at their job. Fixed our fans and oven. Additionally, Howard came by and repaired our circuit breaker, fixing some key appliances, and gave some good advice 10/10 to both of them
