If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes.
