Not impressed with customer service. This bald Hispanic man was standoffish, flat and wasn’t forthcoming about the hidden cost and how they load the truck upfront with pricing. I’ll take my business somewhere else.
I used to go here when it used to be Stone and soil, I've been to all the locations, the people that worked inside would always answer the phone. I hate leaving messages if I have to leave a message you will not get my business. I think that y'all should have some way to still talk to a person when we need to know the information I don't need to wait to get information from a company if you can't answer your phones then you're going to start losing business I hate leaving messages I just want to talk to a person.
